This service line is the counterweight to the other four. Where a managed service puts MAVIPA inside the execution, consulting and training leave the capability with you: we assess what exists, design what is missing, train the people who will run it, and hand over the templates and the operating cadence. It is also the usual first step for organisations that want an independent view of a troubled project before deciding what kind of help they actually need. Assignments are scoped and quoted individually — there is no monthly retainer.
