Why MAVIPA exists
Industrial organisations face a recurring structural problem. A capital project arrives that clearly needs professional project management. The organisation has three options: give it to an engineering or operations manager who is already fully loaded, hire a permanent project manager for work that will end in eighteen months, or accept that the project will be run informally. None of the three is a good answer, and the third one is chosen far more often than anyone admits.
Meanwhile the tooling changed. Modern collaboration platforms, cloud document control, shared scheduling environments, remote engineering tools and digital reporting workflows now make it entirely practical for a specialised delivery team to plan, coordinate, control and report a project from anywhere — provided the operating discipline is real and the responsibility split is explicit.
MAVIPA was built around that combination. We supply the project delivery capability as a service: senior project management, project controls, PMO operation and engineering support, delivered remotely, on a defined cadence, against a defined scope. Discipline
The cadence runs whether the news is good or bad, whether the week was busy or quiet. Consistency is what makes the data trustworthy.
Transparency
A slipping project is reported as a slipping project, with the impact quantified, in the same week it is detected.
Technical rigour
Forecasts are built from measurement rules and logic, not from optimism. If a number cannot be traced to its source, it does not go in the report.
Simplicity
The smallest control system that produces reliable decisions. Governance that nobody can sustain is governance that will be abandoned.
Ownership
We treat the project as ours to deliver, within the scope we were given. Escalation is part of the job, not an admission of failure.
Continuous improvement
Every closeout produces lessons that change the next engagement's templates, checklists and risk library.
Operating principles

A note on credibility
MAVIPA is a new firm. You will not find client logos, testimonials, case studies, award badges or headcount claims on this site, because we are not going to invent them. What we can put in front of you is the methodology, the deliverable set, the governance model and the people who would run your engagement — and a first project small enough to judge us on results rather than on marketing.
