How it works
MAVIPA is a managed service, which means the way we work is part of what you are buying. This page sets out the model in full: what happens in the first thirty days, what the weekly and monthly cadence looks like, who is accountable for what, and where remote delivery stops.
01 · Week 0 — 2
We review the project or portfolio: scope, contracts, current schedule, budget position, governance gaps, tools in use, reporting expectations and the objectives that matter to your leadership. The output is a short written assessment with the gaps we found and the service scope we propose to close them.
02 · Week 1 — 4
MAVIPA connects to your existing teams, systems, vendors and project structure. We get access to your collaboration platform, your document repository and your scheduling tool, we are introduced to the project stakeholders, and we agree the escalation path before we need it.
03 · Week 2 — 6
We establish the control system: baseline schedule, progress measurement rules, cost model, RAID log, change process, reporting pack and the weekly execution cadence. From this point the project has a single documented source of status.
04 · Ongoing
We drive execution week after week: coordination meetings, commitment follow-up, schedule and cost updates, risk reviews, change assessment, executive reporting and Steering Committee support — through to project closeout and lessons learned.
MAVIPA integrates with your organisation. We do not require you to rebuild your systems around us.
A typical engagement is operational within two to four weeks of contract signature, depending on how quickly system access is granted and how much baseline data has to be reconstructed.

Predictability comes from rhythm. Every MAVIPA engagement runs on a fixed cadence agreed at the start, so nobody has to ask when the next update arrives.
Ambiguity about responsibility is the fastest way to make a remote model fail. The split below is written into every engagement.

What this service does not include
MAVIPA does not provide any service that requires physical presence. Site execution stays with your organisation, your contractors and your OEMs. We plan it, coordinate it, control it and report it.
MAVIPA works inside your environment. We use the accounts your IT function issues, under your access policy, and we do not require project information to be copied into a MAVIPA-owned platform. Where a client has no suitable tool in place, we can propose and configure one — owned and licensed by the client, so the data and the configuration stay with you when the engagement ends.
We work across leading project management, collaboration, ERP and reporting platforms. Product names are referenced for compatibility only; MAVIPA is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of these vendors.
