Services

Remote delivery capabilities for industrial projects

Five service lines that can be contracted individually or combined into a complete remote project delivery function. Four are monthly managed services running on the same governance model, execution cadence and reporting standard; the fifth — consulting and training — is quoted per assignment and builds the capability inside your own team.

Which capability fits your situation

ServiceUse it whenPrimary output
Remote Project ManagementOne project matters enough to need a full-time owner, but not enough to justify a permanent hire.A managed project: plan, cadence, tracked commitments, executive reporting.
Project ControlsYou have project managers, but no reliable data on where the project actually stands.A live, auditable control system: schedule, cost, progress, risk, change.
PMO as a ServiceYou are running several projects at once with no consistent standard, prioritisation or portfolio view.A functioning PMO: governance, standards, portfolio dashboard, cadence.
Engineering & Project SupportYour technical team is the bottleneck on documentation, drawings or procurement administration.Completed technical deliverables and registers your team no longer has to absorb.
Consulting & TrainingYou want an independent read on where you stand, or you want the capability built internally rather than outsourced.A scored assessment, a designed operating model, or a trained team.

Remote Project Management

MAVIPA provides experienced remote Project Managers and Program Managers who integrate into the client's organisation and take responsibility for project management discipline.

A MAVIPA Project Manager is not an observer producing status summaries. They run the project: they build and maintain the plan, chair the coordination meetings, chase every open commitment across engineering, procurement and contractors, escalate what is not moving, and prepare the material your leadership needs in order to decide. They work in your systems, attend your meetings and use your terminology.

Project Controls

Project controls is where MAVIPA is strongest. We build and operate the control system that tells you — with evidence — whether the project will finish on time and on budget.

Most industrial projects are not short of data — they are short of a structure that turns data into a defensible forecast. MAVIPA installs that structure: a work breakdown, an approved baseline, a measurement rule for progress, a cost model that reconciles commitments with actuals, and a change process that captures impact before it is absorbed silently. Then we operate it, week after week, from a remote Project Control Tower.

PMO as a Service

Enterprise-grade PMO capability without building the department internally.

Building an internal PMO takes eighteen months, a director-level hire and a standards library that has to be written from scratch — and it is usually the first structure cut when the portfolio contracts. MAVIPA operates the function remotely instead: the governance model, the stage gates, the templates, the portfolio schedule, the health reviews and the executive reporting, running on a fixed monthly cadence. It can cover the whole PMO or only the parts your organisation has not built yet.

Engineering & Project Support

Specialised remote capacity for the technical and administrative work that sits behind every industrial project — and that usually lands on people who should be doing something else.

Engineering managers rarely lose projects on engineering. They lose them on the volume of supporting work: drawing revisions, vendor document chasing, take-offs, transmittals, RFI and submittal logs, bid comparisons. MAVIPA takes that work remotely, under a defined deliverable list and a defined review process — with your engineers keeping technical authority and approval.

Consulting & Training

Not every organisation wants to outsource delivery. Some need an honest diagnosis, a governance model designed properly, or their own people trained to run the discipline themselves.

This service line is the counterweight to the other four. Where a managed service puts MAVIPA inside the execution, consulting and training leave the capability with you: we assess what exists, design what is missing, train the people who will run it, and hand over the templates and the operating cadence. It is also the usual first step for organisations that want an independent view of a troubled project before deciding what kind of help they actually need. Assignments are scoped and quoted individually — there is no monthly retainer.
